Shipping policy

We strive to ship your order the next day or within 1-3 days.

If you have a pre-order, your order will take 1-5 days to be handcrafted and then shipped within 1-3 days.

All orders will receive a tracking number. We ship through USPS and once we send of your order it is then in the hands of the carrier, USPS. 

If your shipment is lost, we will file a claim with USPS. Once the claim is filed, we will reimburse you for the order up to $100. Thank you for understanding our policy, as we are a small business.
